As part of its institutional mission, Colegio Granadino allocates a portion of its annual budget to the training of its staff. The purpose of this training is to provide employees with the opportunity to enhance their personal and/or technical skills, contributing to improved performance within the organization.

This training plan is ongoing and is updated according to identified training needs and the programs established by each section, aiming to stay at the forefront of topics related to education.

Ultimately, our training program is aligned with our value propositions and aims to fulfill one of the goals outlined in our strategic plan: “High-Quality Teachers.”
