Destination Imagination is a global organization that promotes STEAM Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics skills in children.

Also, it promotes the development of their autonomy, creativity, self-expression, and collaboration with others. Destination Imagination works and promotes these skills through challenges that students have to solve as a team without adult intervention.

At Colegio Granadino, Destination Imagination is part of our extracurricular activities after school. With interested students, teams of 2-7 students are formed. A member of our staff is assigned to each team as a Team Manager to guide students through this process. During the school year, each team trains to participate in a national Destination Imagination tournament. The winners of the national tournament have the opportunity to participate in a global tournament in Kansas City, USA.
