🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness for Kids 🧠💛

An in-person experience where we nurture awareness of the body, mind, and heart through stories, games, music, and creative activities that help children connect with their emotions and strengthen their inner well-being.

🎨 Each session ends with artistic experiences, such as drawing, painting, and music, that allow children to integrate what they’ve learned and create positive emotional connections that last.

👧🏻 Group 1: Ages 4–6 → Tuesdays 3:00–4:30 p.m.
