To inspire a community of lifelong learners to make the difference as citizens of the world.
To be the leader in the development of mind, body, and spirit with a commitment to innovation and sustainability.

📚 From one idea to an entire community.
In 2022, an National Honor Society student had a simple dream: help the youngest kids in elementary school fall in love with reading. Today, that dream is called Reading Buddies, and this year it brought together 34 students from 1st through 5th grade alongside 15 leaders from NEHS, NJHS, and NHS, every Tuesday and Wednesday for nearly two months.
Because at Colegio Granadino, we believe the biggest changes start with small, purposeful actions.
✨ Making the Difference.
We’re evolving and so is the way we support our families. 🙌
We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of “Sexuality in Childhood,” a 4-session course exclusively for Primary School parents, a program we’re proud to bring back after years away.
✔ 4 meaningful sessions
✔ Led by our Primary counselors Paula González & Liliana Aristizábal
✔ Special guest speakers
✔ A full house of engaged, curious parents
At our school, education doesn’t stop at the classroom door. We believe that informed families raise confident, healthy children and we’re committed to giving you the knowledge and tools to do just that.
📣 More courses are on the way for the next school year. Limited spots available, keep an eye out and sign up early so you don’t miss out!
Thank you to every parent who showed up. You made this a success. 🤍
BEST GROWTH
📈 Growth Is Everything... And These Students Have It.
The MAP Test doesn’t just tell us where students are, it tells us how far they’ve come. That’s why we also celebrate our Top 3 Best Growth students this Spring, the ones who pushed harder, climbed higher, and closed the gap between where they started and where they are now.
Here’s something important for our families to understand: when we compare Fall and Spring MAP scores, we’re tracking each student’s individual journey. A student who grows 8, 10, or even 12 RIT points in a single year isn’t just improving, they’re accelerating. That kind of growth often reflects a shift in mindset just as much as it reflects hard work.
These students may not have the highest scores in the room, but they made the biggest leap. And in our eyes, that deserves just as loud a celebration.
To our growth champions: your progress is not quiet. It is seen, it is celebrated, and it inspires everyone around you. This is what it means to be Making The Difference. 🚀💙
BEST PERFORMANCE
🌟 Spring MAP Results Are In... And We Are So Proud!
Every semester, our students sit down, show up, and give it their all and this Spring was no exception. Today, we’re celebrating our Top 3 Best Performance students in this season’s MAP Test.
But first, a quick note for our families: the MAP test measures academic achievement through a RIT score — a number that reflects what a student knows right now across Reading and Math. The higher the RIT score, the more advanced the skills. When we compare Fall vs. Spring results, we’re looking at where students landed at the start of the year versus where they are today and the growth in between tells a powerful story.
These students didn’t just meet the bar, they set it. Their Spring RIT scores place them at the top of their grade level, reflecting dedication, consistency, and hard work inside and outside the classroom.
To our top performers: you are living proof that excellence is a habit, not an accident. Keep reaching. Keep growing. Keep Making The Difference. 💙
From Kinder 1 to Grade 4 — our Granadino community showed up! 🌍✨
Last Saturday our students took the stage and gave everything they had. Tennis, Art, Cooking, Skating, Music, Martial Arts, Football, Mindfulness, Gymnastics, BMX, Cycling and Robotics… every activity, a new version of themselves.
This is what happens when kids are given the space to explore, grow and shine. 💛
