To inspire a community of lifelong learners to make the difference as citizens of the world.
To be the leader in the development of mind, body, and spirit with a commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Change can start with a simple conversation.
For Julio Mario Salgado, Alessandro Gaveglio, Juan Miguel Serna, and Juan Alejandro Duran, that conversation sparked something bigger than they imagined. Just before their senior year, they walked into Principal Peter Laskaris’s office with an idea and a conviction that something needed to change.
They had seen it happen too many times: math, a subject full of wonder and possibility, slowly becoming a source of fear for young kids. So they decided to step in before that fear took hold.
They called it MATUTO.
An after-school initiative built not just to teach math, but to transform the way children feel about it. Week after week, these four seniors gave their afternoons to over 50 students in grades 3 through 5, not just solving problems together, but dismantling the belief that math isn’t for them.
What makes MATUTO truly special? They hope to make it last. They want it to run long after they graduate, so that seniors keep mentoring, keep inspiring..
That’s the kind of legacy that doesn’t show up on a transcript, but it shapes a school forever.
Julio, Alessandro, Juan Miguel, and Juan Alejandro didn’t wait for change to happen. They created it. One afternoon, one student, one equation at a time. That’s not just leadership, that’s making the difference. 🧮❤️
There’s no better feeling than seeing our campus vibrant with the spirit of sportsmanship and friendship!
⚽✨🏫 It was an absolute honor to host the ACCAS Primary Soccer Festival 2026, welcoming student-athletes from across Colombia for a spectacular display of talent and teamwork.
At Colegio Granadino, we take pride in creating spaces where competition meets community, allowing our youngest players to shine and live out our motto of “Making the Difference” on and off the field.
A huge thank you to all the visiting schools, coaches, and families for making this festival an unforgettable celebration of soccer and unity. We are so proud of every player who gave their heart on the pitch!
Colombian excellence at its best! 🙌🇨🇴🌱

🏆 MIDDLE SCHOOL BINATIONAL GAMES — BOGOTÁ | CHAMPIONS 🏆
There are no words big enough, but we’ll try. Our MS Girls’ Basketball team didn’t just play. They competed with heart, grit, and grace, and they came home with exactly what they deserved: the championship title.
From the first tip-off to the final buzzer, these young women showed what this school is made of. Every pass, every defense, every shot, earned. Every sacrifice on the court — worth it.

💚 Pillar 2: Holistic Well-Being
Excellence isn`t just about grades. It`s about balance.
At Colegio Granadino, we`re committed to cultivating the development of mind, body, and spirit for every member of our community, because true success means thriving in all dimensions of life.
We`re not treating well-being as an add-on or an afterthought. We`re embedding it into our everyday practices, making it an essential part of who we are and how we learn.
Because when our community is healthy, balanced, and whole, that`s when real excellence emerges.
This is the second pillar of our Strategic Plan 2025-2030, and it`s at the heart of everything we do.
