Board of Directors
Colegio Granadino is a non-profit association. In accordance with its bylaws, governance is carried out by the General Assembly (composed of all parents), the Board of Directors, and the School Director.
The Board of Directors is made up of nine (9) members elected to three-year terms. Eight (8) are parents from the school, and one (1) may be an external member.
The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure that Colegio Granadino fulfills its mission and long-term vision. It is responsible for setting institutional policies, appointing and supporting the School Director, approving budgets and educational programs, and ensuring that all actions align with the school’s values and the best interests of the community. The Board also works closely with the school’s leadership team to promote excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement across all areas of the institution.
